The scheme enabled Excell to offer clients and new customers the opportunity to reap the benefits of BDUK’s Connection Voucher Scheme which provided super-fast broadband at a discounted price. Up to £3000 off the cost of installation was available allowing clients to benefit from 30Mb + speeds.
